📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance the unified financial model, including P&L, budgets, forecasts, headcount plan, scenario analyses, and unit economics • Prepare weekly pacing reports tracking MRR, bookings, and revenue against target • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports covering revenue, EBITDA, year-to-date, MRR, and outlook • Explain budget variances, identify their drivers, and recommend changes to model assumptions • Own utilization models by department, role, and person, including Shadow FTEs, and connect them to gross margin and unit economics • Work with Managing Directors on hiring requests and assess hiring timing based on utilization, pipeline, and margin impact • Build and maintain the department-head compensation dashboard and prepare quarterly KPI figures for incentive plans • Run cohort analysis covering retention, expansion, and lifetime value by client cohort • Analyze media mix and profitability by client and service line, recommending pricing, scope, and staffing changes • Peer-check teammates’ work, including budget vs. actuals, model changes, payout calculations, and vendor payments against budget • Use AI tools such as Claude to enhance analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and build efficient workflows • Improve the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of financial processes and reporting • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects • Report to the SVP of Finance and collaborate with Finance Operations, AR & Billing, and department Managing Directors

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in FP&A, private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or consulting • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, dynamic formulas, and scenario analysis • Understanding of unit economics in a services business, including capacity, utilization, billable rates, and margin, or ability to learn quickly • Ability to write clear management reporting explaining what changed, why, and recommended actions • Experience using Claude or similar AI tools for analysis, automation, or workflow improvements • Ability to form and defend data-driven recommendations • Analytical, organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in written and spoken English • Experience in an agency or professional services firm is a plus
