📋 Description
• - Partner with the AR Specialist to prepare, update, and maintain the customer aging report, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. • - Create and track customer collection claims, logging outcomes and driving them to resolution. • - Record customer payments in the ERP system and perform bank reconciliations, investigating and clearing discrepancies. • - Support the Accounting team with administrative and manual tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
🎯 Requirements
• - Currently studying a **Vocational Training Program (CFGM/CFGS) in Accounting, Finance, or similar**. • - Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel. • - Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data. • - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work. • - A team player who enjoys learning and collaborating. • - Fluency in **English and Spanish** is required.
