📋 Description

• Learn BMAT's services and operational workflows, understand client needs, and ensure reliable execution • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Investigate datasets, identify inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and turn findings into actionable improvements • Identify repetitive tasks and inefficient workflows and partner with teams to implement automation • Collaborate with clients, Operations, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery • Reduce operational effort and enhance quality as services and customer needs evolve • Within 30 days, understand BMAT's services, operational responsibilities, and key data and technical workflows • Within 60 days, own assigned operational responsibilities, lead client communication, and deliver assignments using existing processes • Within 90 days, work independently, contribute to problem-solving, and identify workflow improvement or automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or client support within technical environments • Highly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail • Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial attitude • Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving • Strong listening, understanding, and communication abilities • Teamwork and learning orientation • Technical literacy, including understanding backend and frontend systems, data pipelines, and technical documentation • Coding experience welcome but not required • Comfortable dealing with large amounts of data and numbers • Fluency in English required • Proficiency in Indonesian or Filipino is a plus but not mandatory • Based in Europe or APAC region • Knowledge or experience in music publishing and internal CMO documentation and distribution processes highly desired
