📋 Description
• Align technology solutions with business strategies • Proactively identify opportunities to apply technologies to business processes • Inform and advise customers on information system technologies • Function as technical liaison and broker of services with vendors • Develop and maintain credibility with customer management and IT personnel • Understand business problems and IT strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) • Bachelor's degree preferred • Epic Cadence Certification Required • at least 2+ years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT • Knowledge of assigned business area's products and processes • Strong technical knowledge • Understanding of project management concepts • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Ability to solve problems across multiple environments • Understanding of how IT affects organizations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
