📋 Description

• Developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures • Working closely with IT leaders, data owners, and other stakeholders • Establishing data governance frameworks and ensuring adherence to data policies and standards • Coordinating with stewards of enterprise data asset catalogues • Conducting data quality assessments • Leading initiatives to improve data quality across the organization • Providing training and support to end-users on data governance policies and procedures • Ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required • Five years in data management with proven experience in data warehousing and integration • Comprehension of data lineage and data quality • Two years with data governance platform such as Collibra or Alation • Three-five years within an academic medical center or large medical institution or equivalent combination of education and experience
