📋 Description

• Under the direction of the Director Analytics System, responsible for developing standard reports that serve the needs of business users. • Play a key role in projects across revenue cycle functions, focusing on data analysis to inform management. • Work directly with project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements and develop financial models. • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and key business users to ensure requirements are documented accurately. • Utilize advanced data analytics to develop and maintain certified datasets for Revenue Cycle KPI metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in Health Informatics or finance field, or related field of study • Masters Degree in Health Informatics, Business, Public Health or related field preferred • 3+ years of related managed healthcare or insurance operations experience • Excellent understanding with Hospital Billing and Professional billing data • Demonstrated expertise with SQL, crystal reports and Tableau • Expertise with relational database concepts, data modeling and OLAP technologies.
