📋 Description

• Support the planning and organization of user research (discovery, validation, and follow-up); • Work in partnership with Product Owners (PO), Product Designers, and stakeholders to understand business problems and user needs; • Support operational research activities (participant recruitment, logistics, and scheduling); • Contribute to the development of research scripts and the selection of methodologies with guidance from more experienced professionals; • Assist in conducting research such as interviews, usability tests, and exploratory studies; • Assist with organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing research data to help generate insights; • Support hypothesis development based on qualitative and quantitative data; • Help document and organize research learnings (reports, repositories, presentations); • Contribute to the improvement of UX Research processes and best practices within the team; • Support the dissemination of the user's voice to inform product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Design, Psychology, Communication, Social Sciences, Anthropology, or related fields. • Early-stage or academic experience with user research (internships, projects, or coursework); • Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies (qualitative and/or quantitative); • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Interest in data analysis and insight generation; • Interest in learning about user experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT); • Experience (academic or professional) with interviews or usability testing (a plus); • Familiarity with research tools or insight-management platforms (a plus);
