📋 Description
• Evaluate commercial equipment and assist with management of equipment finance portfolio • Establish residual and collateral values for equipment leases • Identify and mitigate risk in transactions • Collaborate with Credit, Pricing, and Sales teams • Develop and implement effective remarketing strategies for off-lease equipment • Manage third-party appraisal process • Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in valuation, portfolio management and remarketing in banking or finance • Knowledge of a wide range of asset types and finance structures • Expertise in end-of-lease negotiation and asset disposition • ASA or equivalent appraisal certification is a plus but not required • Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
