• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage and build relationships with executives, including CEOs, CXOs, and board members • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive clients, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement process • Conduct initial assessments of executive candidates, evaluating their suitability for board and executive roles • Collaborate with the Board Engagement team to identify potential executive clients and facilitate introductions • Build and maintain a strong network of executive contacts to expand the company's reach and enhance client acquisition efforts • Oversee the operational functions of Board Match-Up, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to support the organization's objectives • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Board Engagement and Recruitment teams, to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution of mandates • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and client satisfaction • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in operational practices, proactively recommending and implementing changes to drive continuous improvement • Lead and oversee the assessment process for executive candidates, utilizing a range of evaluation tools and methodologies • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate executives' skills, experience, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit with client organizations • Collaborate with the Recruitment team and Talent Directors to gather comprehensive information on candidates and provide feedback and recommendations to clients • Ensure assessments are conducted with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and adherence to industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (advanced degree preferred) • Extensive experience in executive search, talent assessment, or related roles, preferably within the board and executive recruitment industry • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with executives and board members • Strong understanding of board dynamics, corporate governance, and executive recruitment processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with senior-level executives • Solid knowledge of operational management principles and best practices • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving organizational success • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities • Willingness to travel as required to meet with executives and clients.
