📋 Description

• Support the onboarding and ongoing management of affiliate partnerships across Argentina market • Maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, and traffic partners, coordinating with the operating entity where required • Coordinate with the operating entity regarding commercial terms, including RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid agreements • Monitor and analyze partner performance data, including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality metrics • Assist with the preparation of performance reports, forecasts, and management updates • Providing performance insights and approved marketing materials • Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required • Help ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements communicated by the operating entity • Prepare performance reports and forecasts for coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate/Partnership Management, Business development with a strong preference for Argentina • Proven experience working with Argentina market • Existing portfolio of active affiliates, publishers, or local traffic partners • Clear understanding of affiliate models (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) and key performance metrics • Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools • Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus) • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Established relationships with key regional affiliates and media networks is a big plus
