📋 Description

• Own product scope and delivery for multiple concurrent client engagements • Run day-to-day software and mobile app development projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination • Translate business requests into technical scope and explain technical constraints to clients • Track budget, timeline, and scope on every project • Identify and flag project risks proactively • Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs • Maintain project documentation, specifications, and status information • Run client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours • Push back on scope creep and unrealistic timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development • Technical project management experience is a plus • Agency or consultancy background • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with different priorities • Mobile app development project experience • Understanding of iOS/Android release cycles and app store review timelines • English proficiency at C1 or above • Availability to overlap with US Eastern time • Comfortable working with Jira, Linear, GitHub issues, or equivalent technical tooling • Ability to read technical specifications and bug reports and understand timeline implications • Comfortable with AI-augmented development workflows • Understanding of how agentic development processes affect estimation and QA • Direct communication and early escalation of project risks with a plan
