📋 Description
• Managing the product and engineering roadmap to align with client objectives and business goals. • Translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team. • Leading high-stakes client relations and acting as the technical point of contact for US-based stakeholders. • Assessing and communicating technical complexity behind Jira tickets to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery. • Leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks. • Running Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and maintaining a high-performance delivery cadence.
🎯 Requirements
• Software engineering background (such as former Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or System Analyst) with a strong understanding of code development, API integration, and sprint dynamics • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development (mobile, web, or backend) • Experience translating business requirements into actionable work items for software engineering teams • Experience managing client relationships in a delivery or implementation context • Experience leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks • Experience leading the full software development lifecycle from requirements through delivery • Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and API structures (REST/GraphQL) • Agile project delivery experience, including running Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and maintaining a high-performance cadence • Fluent (C1) English proficiency for US client communication • Ability to work during 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time (ET) • Familiarity with Flutter/Dart • Familiarity with AI/LLM integration workflows (such as LLMs, MCP)
