📋 Description

• Organize and schedule product demos for prospective and existing clients, coordinating availability and preparing necessary materials. • Support and participate in marketing events and client meetings, gaining direct exposure to how commercial relationships are developed and won. • Manage procurement documentation with clients, including issuing and following up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely processing. • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client requests—from demo scheduling to general platform inquiries—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot by logging interactions, updating contact and deal information, and ensuring data integrity across the platform. • Assist the wider sales and business development team with administrative tasks, reporting, and ad-hoc operational needs as they arise. • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and contribute ideas to improve sales operations workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Brazilian university and eligible to participate in a mandatory 2-year internship program (estágio obrigatório). • 0–1 year of administrative or office-based work experience. • Fluent in Portuguese; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365. • Comfortable working remotely and independently within a 6-hour working day. • Available to work daytime hours (Monday–Friday), with classes or university attendance in the evenings. • Nice to have: Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools. • Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI). • Prior exposure to a sales, commercial, or client-facing environment.
