📋 Description

• Drive the overall technical design of our applications. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows. • Learn from and help shape our company's engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Proficiency in Go, Python or Java • Experience in working with dev members from other product/service teams and drive deliveries that span across multiple dev teams • Experience in building performant, scalable and secure backend systems that accept traffic through RESTful or GraphQL APIs • Passion about building delightful and high-quality customer experience for our end users. • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. • Broad experience in overall system design and implementation • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio • Deep understanding of software architecture • Ability to drive the design and implementation of major components of our applications, systems, and features, working across our entire engineering, product and design organization, where necessary to solve problems.
