📋 Description

• An experienced engineer who knows distributed systems not just from documentation — but from production incidents, cluster tuning under load, and writing runbooks that people actually use.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in: • Administration and operation of distributed messaging platforms, including RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka; • Operational management of Apache Spark workloads, including deployments, scalability, and monitoring; • Troubleshooting and support for distributed infrastructures and critical data environments; • Implementation of governance, security, and continuous monitoring practices for messaging and data platforms; • Production of technical documentation, architecture, and operational procedures. • Proven experience of at least 2 years in: • AMQP, topics, queues, partitions, offsets, delivery guarantees, and message ordering; • Configuration and tuning of Kafka clusters and RabbitMQ environments in production; • DataOps practices and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python/Bash scripts); • Advanced integration between messaging platforms and data pipelines. • Proven experience of at least 1 (one) year in: • Operation and administration of ingestion systems such as Debezium or Apache NiFi; • Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized environments; • Certification in messaging administration.
