📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive testing, checking, and monitoring of data and delivery processes for Digital Content Products primarily in France. • Oversee and monitor data outputs and final deliveries to clients. • Communicate with clients and offer support during client calls and in-person meetings related to data quality and monitoring in French language. • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to enhance existing processes and products and successfully introduce new measurement technologies. • Provide guidance and serve as the primary escalation point for all quality and monitoring inquiries from team members. • Document and maintain all processes and quality assurance procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and French are mandatory. • Knowledge of digital products, and an understanding of digital tagging and analytics measurement technologies is an advantage. • Analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. • Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (or similar data tools). • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective internal and external interaction. • Experience in a client-facing role or providing support to clients is desirable. • Project management skills to drive tasks and documentation to completion.
