📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable and reliable backend solutions • Conduct technical research and contribute to system architecture • Collaborate across teams to deliver optimal solutions • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Own the lifecycle of backend services including deployment and monitoring • Mentor engineers and promote best engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software system design skills and architectural understanding • Experience with event-driven systems and production environments • Strong knowledge of Go and Python ecosystems • Strong SQL expertise including schema design and optimization for high-load systems • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools and cloud platforms • Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns • Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns • Experience designing observability strategies including logging, metrics, and tracing
