📋 Description

• Gather, structure, and document business and functional requirements; produce detailed functional specifications including validation rules, state transitions, error handling, and input/output contracts • Map current and future user flows; identify gaps, edge cases, and dependencies to ensure complete requirements • Maintain structured documentation and ensure traceability of requirements and decisions • Facilitate cross-team alignment by clarifying scope, resolving ambiguities, and supporting communication between product and engineering stakeholders • Define acceptance test scenarios and expected behaviors; participate in testing and UAT • Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and scope gaps in requirements and facilitate their resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a technical product environment • Experience working with integration-heavy products • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, sequence diagrams, and architecture specifications • Familiarity with mobile application ecosystems • Ability to write clear, structured functional specifications and documentation • Experience with flow mapping and process modeling (BPMN, UML, or equivalent) • Experience defining acceptance criteria and participating in UAT • Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices (discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning) • Familiarity with design collaboration tools
