📋 Description

• Contribute to the Risk & Governance Platforms team delivering business solutions • Architect, develop, maintain, and enhance custom and SaaS solutions following best practices • Develop and maintain applications using Python, Node.js, and React • Maintain PL/SQL scripts and database logic • Implement SaaS platforms and custom scripts • Design and document technical architectures • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Deploy applications using AWS and serverless technologies • Manage Terraform pipelines • Integrate systems using event-driven architecture • Resolve production issues and support deployments • Follow CI/CD best practices • Maintain technical documentation • Use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, and security analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience • Upper-Intermediate language proficiency • Candidate must be located in Poland • Availability to start ASAP • Ability to work in the CET time zone • Advanced Python or Node.js backend development experience with practical React knowledge (Python + React: 6+ years; Python or Node.js: 4+ years) • Strong PL/SQL skills • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with AWS services including Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, EKS, SNS, Secrets Manager, S3, and Athena • Experience with Snowflake and MongoDB • Terraform/IaC experience • Knowledge of performance, scalability, usability, and reliability principles • Application security knowledge, including OWASP Top 10, SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning • Software architecture and design knowledge • Event-driven and microservices architecture experience • Agile methodologies • Experience with pytest and Jest / React Testing Library • Test-Driven Development • Version control and collaboration tools • GenAI-assisted development tools • Monitoring and observability tools • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate within distributed teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Comfort working across multiple time zones • Passion for emerging technologies
