📋 Description

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing. • Track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams. • Support QA activities, analytics, incident management, and release impact analysis. • Maintain test environments and improve testing efficiency. • Act as a quality advocate and propose product improvements based on feedback. • Support go/no-go release decisions and provide quality insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in end-to-end QA processes including test strategy, execution, regression testing, and UAT. • Experience in functional, integration, and system-level testing in enterprise or SaaS environments. • Good understanding of SDLC, APIs, backend systems, integrations, and data flows. • Experience with defect lifecycle management and risk-based testing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and defect investigation. • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Data teams. • Experience in incident management, issue triage, escalation, and resolution. • Leadership experience in QA processes, testing strategy, mentoring, and quality improvements. • Product-oriented mindset focused on user value and product improvements.
