📋 Description

• Develop smart contracts on Solana using native Rust (no Anchor). • Implement core logic for a new derivatives-focused DEX. • Write compute-efficient on-chain code for complex pricing models. • Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage across all programs. • Contribute to and maintain Python, Typescript, and Rust SDKs. • Work closely with a small, highly autonomous team to ship production-grade code.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience building Solana programs in native Rust. • Deep understanding of the Solana runtime, account model, and transaction processing. • Experience working with complex, dynamically allocated data structures (e.g., red-black trees, linked lists). • Proficient math skills, especially in algorithmic or financial contexts. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight or micro-tasking.
