• Supervise commercial/sales activities, ensuring alignment with company policies • Monitor and guide negotiations and sales, adjusting strategies as needed • Develop, motivate and monitor the performance of the team of representatives • Monitor KPIs and prepare strategic reports • Identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions • Ensure technical product knowledge to support the team • Act as a point of reference for client relationships and market practices
• Valid driver's license (Category B), own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields • Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising external/field sales, preferably in the industrial sector • Knowledge of advanced negotiation techniques and B2B sales • Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance indicators • Proficiency with commercial tools (CRM, control spreadsheets, sales reporting)
