• Help customers in Lithuania understand their loan options • Troubleshoot issues and provide genuine support • Ensure a great customer experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams • Contribute to improving customer support processes
• Strong native grammar and spelling skills in the Lithuanian language, along with a high level of proficiency in English. • Ability to troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) to track customer interactions, log issues, and follow up. • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude when helping customers over email, chat, or phone. • Attention to detail when working with customer accounts and documents. • A proactive and positive approach to solving problems. • Comfort following guidelines and working towards team targets.
