• BonifiQ Academy (corporate education): • Content curation and management: define learning paths and curate materials relevant to BonifiQers' development; • Content creators management: serve as the primary point of contact for content creators from our partner vendor—requesting topics, setting deadlines and ensuring delivery; • Review and quality assurance: review scripts, videos, articles, and instructional materials, ensuring excellence in Portuguese, pedagogical clarity, and the brand's tone of voice; • Platform engagement: create communication cadences, campaigns, and gamification initiatives to encourage use of BonifiQ Academy, monitoring KPIs such as access, course completion, and satisfaction. • Employer Branding & Internal Communication: • Internal marketing (endomarketing): plan and execute internal communication actions that keep the team aligned and engaged with the company culture; • Cultural rituals: support the organization of internal events, onboarding for new hires, and celebrations that strengthen our DNA; • Survey and climate: assist in analyzing pulse and engagement surveys and propose improvement actions based on active listening.
• Previous experience in T&D (Training & Development), Corporate University OR Internal Communication/Marketing; • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Human Resources (or related field); • Full command of written Portuguese. You should be able to transform dense text into light, engaging content; • Ability to organize requests, manage projects, and meet deadlines; • Enjoy working with people! Skill for building connections and fostering engagement in online and offline communities; • Nice to have: Knowledge of LMS platforms (we use Ludos); • Nice to have: Experience in startups or SaaS companies.
