📋 Description

• Address billing requests submitted by Sales, Customer Success, and US-based customers • Use Workday Financials and Salesforce to resolve billing issues and proactively prevent future issues • Collaborate with peers and Senior Billing Accountant on escalated issues • Create subscription invoices and one-time invoices • Approve and process credit memo requests • Resolve US-based customer billing inquiries through written and verbal English communication • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues • Coordinate with US-based departments to resolve billing issues • Support, log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents in Salesforce Service Cloud • Maintain complete and accurate billing incident records • Maintain customer satisfaction and adherence to customer service level agreements • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses and resolutions • Share, update, and create knowledge resources • Support a positive team culture based on Bonterra company values

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico • Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong written and spoken English fluency essential • 1–5 years of relevant experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role • Strong knowledge of billing processes • Thorough understanding of ticketing systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud • Strong knowledge of billing systems such as Workday Financials and Salesforce CPQ • Expert understanding of internal billing processes • Strong skills in invoicing, credit and debit adjustments, billing records, product billing, and service cancellations • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formatting, and data merging • Comfort working alongside AI tools such as Claude and AI billing agents • Core working hours align with US Central or Eastern time zones, with at least 6 hours of overlap with US business hours • Reliable high-speed internet connection required • Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración, or equivalent degree preferred • At this time, unable to consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization
