📋 Description

• Process new, renewal, and cancellation/change orders across Bonterra revenue streams and products • Review order forms, quotes, opportunities, contracts, and other underlying deal documentation • Assess nonstandard contract terms and determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment • Review Salesforce-to-Workday contract/order integration for completeness and accuracy • Coordinate changes and cancellations with the billing team • Track and process customer cancellation requests submitted through the ticketing system • Coordinate with FP&A, Legal, Controller's Group, external auditors, and other stakeholders • Assist with month-end close, including revenue reporting, fluctuation analysis, accruals, manual journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and roll-forwards • Collaborate with team members to complete order processing and monthly close activities • Create, update, and share knowledge resources • Support a positive team culture and pursue continued skills development

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP required • Mexican CPA (Contador Público) candidates with U.S. GAAP experience strongly preferred • Licenciatura en Contaduría or equivalent accounting degree required • 1–2 years of accounting experience • Knowledge of order processing and revenue reporting/analysis • Business-level English fluency required — written and verbal • Strong knowledge of order entry/management processes • Thorough understanding of contract documentation and data that drives revenue recognition, including non-standard terms • Strong knowledge of order management and revenue recognition related systems • Strong skills in order entry/review, revenue fluctuation analyses, required accruals, and preparation/changes in recon balances on a month over month basis • Core working hours align with US Central or Eastern time zones, with at least 6 hours of overlap with US business hours required • Reliable high-speed internet connection required • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico • Candidates requiring current or future sponsorship for employment authorization cannot be considered
