📋 Description

• Own end-to-end bookings forecasting processes, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cycles. • Lead quota allocation modeling, coverage ratio analysis, and capacity planning. • Ensure accurate classification of new logo, renewal, and expansion bookings. • Create clear, consumable dashboards and reports in Amazon Quicksight and Excel. • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to forecasting processes, quota design, and planning rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue analytics, business strategy, or related fields. • Extensive experience analyzing raw sales and bookings data, building forecasting and planning models, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. • Fluency in Python and/or SQL (both preferred). • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, complex formulas). • Experience with Salesforce and sales pipeline mechanics. • Experience with Amazon Quicksight and data visualization tools.
