📋 Description
• Lead client discovery calls to understand real marketing needs and business goals • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing role definitions • Advise clients on the right marketing hires based on outcomes, not just job titles • Recruit, interview, and assess remote marketing professionals across: Performance Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM & Marketing Automation • Design and run practical, role-specific marketing skill tests • Stay ahead of modern marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven workflows • Support successful client–talent onboarding when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Based in the Philippines • 5–8+ years of experience in marketing and/or recruiting marketing talent • Proven experience hiring remote marketers for international clients • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, tools, and platforms • Comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs, and senior marketing leaders • Strategic thinker with a structured, execution-focused approach • Passionate about marketing excellence and talent quality
