📋 Description
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in Spanish and English • Follow provided call scripts and introduce services professionally • Qualify leads based on interest and basic requirements • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team • Maintain accurate call notes, records, and follow-ups • Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets • Maintain professionalism, call quality, and compliance with company guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal communication) • Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone • Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer-facing roles • Ability to handle high call volumes consistently • Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient to rejection • Ability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours • Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
