📋 Description

• Map current Customer Success processes to pinpoint manual, repetitive, or error-prone tasks • Design, build, test, ship, and monitor automations end-to-end • Triage change requests and bug reports for internal tooling • Identify what can be automated versus what needs standard optimization • Partner with core Tech and Operations teams when builds need to scale across global infrastructure • Run a feedback loop across frontline operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations or process automation • Track record of shipping working tools, not just drawing process maps • Proven expertise with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n • Real-world experience building agentic workflows or tool-augmented AI agents • Strong SQL skills to write queries and extract data independently • Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce • Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, cross-border environment • CV in English
