📋 Description

• Build integrations and workflows against BigQuery, Google Cloud, Google Apps Script, and HR and hiring platform APIs • Put Claude and Gemini into production workflows with guardrails and human checkpoints where judgement is needed • Design configurable automation engines rather than one-off scripts • Maintain automation engines end to end • Work with People & Culture process owners to turn existing processes into buildable solutions • Track and report the hours and costs saved by automations • Automate administrative work while keeping human judgement in the process • Work within the Product & Tech function alongside an existing engineer, reporting to the Head of People Technology

🎯 Requirements

• Strong BigQuery and SQL skills; candidates will be tested early in the process • Expert-level workflow automation, including multi-step scenarios, branching, data stores, error handling, and webhooks • Practical experience putting LLMs into production with structured outputs, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design • Discretion with sensitive pay, performance, and candidate data, handled in line with GDPR • Conversational-level English language skills; English is the company language • Working code ability in JavaScript (Google Apps Script) and/or Python • Google Cloud experience, including Firebase and AI Studio • Experience guiding a non-technical team through changes in how they work • Based in the country/region where the role is advertised • Submit application and CV in English
