• Partner with experienced product managers to drive continuous discovery, conduct user research, analyze data, and define clear problem statements. • Engage directly with our users, both the professionals running their businesses and the people booking services, to gather feedback and verify hypotheses. • Work closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to translate user needs into product requirements and roadmaps. • Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring we ship features that delight our users. • Be a key contributor in an environment that values continuous learning, curiosity, and a data-informed approach to problem-solving. • Actively experiment with and champion the use of AI tools to improve customer experience, streamline workflows, and increase the speed of delivery from concept to launch.
• Between zero and one year of commercial experience in Product Management or another role in the tech area (regardless of your overall professional experience). • A strong passion for building good products & familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini) to enhance your personal output and research capabilities, while maintaining a critical eye for quality, bias, and accuracy. • Openness and readiness to engage with our users in person or via video calls to understand their needs and test your assumptions. • An innate curiosity and a "customer-first" mentality. You’re not just a feature builder, you’re a problem solver. • Fluency in English.
