📋 Description

• Build tools, practices, and coaching approaches to help the engineering team adopt modern agentic workflows • Design the workflow from ticket creation through merged code, with agents performing most implementation • Build coding and review agents, MCP integrations, CI hooks, and a shared skills library • Establish review gates and evaluations to ensure agent output meets quality and security standards • Own the web side of the product using Vue • Represent the team in the Web Developers Guild • Coach engineers and share effective AI-driven engineering practices with other teams • Ship product using agentic workflows • Report to the Engineering Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI developer tooling used by others, including agent skills or rules, MCP servers, custom agents, or AI steps in CI • Senior-level experience shipping production software • Solid web development experience in JavaScript or TypeScript • Daily use of coding agents on production work • Clear understanding of coding-agent failure modes and how to detect them • Sound architecture judgment • Ability to influence engineering practices through coaching, curiosity, and practical enablement • Conversational-level English language skills • Production experience with Vue is helpful • Python backend, iOS (Swift), or Android (Kotlin) experience is helpful • Track record of leading engineering-practice changes across more than one team is helpful
