📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end packaging design process from concept to pre-production, ensuring creative and functional excellence • Collaborate with marketing, product, and branding teams to define packaging briefs, technical specifications, and budget constraints • Research category trends, competitive packaging structures, materials, and visual language to inform design direction • Translate conceptual ideas into compelling design solutions using 2D and 3D tools, moodboards, sketches, and mockups • Develop dielines, structural layouts, and production-ready files that adhere to technical and brand guidelines • Select appropriate packaging materials based on functionality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency • Partner with external suppliers or internal production teams to assess feasibility and troubleshoot technical issues • Ensure all designs meet legal, regulatory, and safety standards for consumer products across target markets • Present design solutions to internal and external stakeholders with clear rationale and storytelling
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of professional experience in creative agency environments as a Senior Graphic Designer • At least 3 years dedicated to packaging design for consumer goods • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Advanced proficiency in packaging design across multiple consumer industries • Advanced skills in 3D design software such as Cinema 4D, Esko Studio, or CAD tools • Demonstrated expertise in structural and visual packaging design across various industries (e.g., food, cosmetics, electronics, lifestyle) • Solid understanding of material options, production processes, and sustainability practices packaging trends • Experience working across multiple packaging formats (boxes, labels, sleeves, containers, etc.) • English fluency (C1+) required for communicating directly with international stakeholders and presenting work effectively.
