• 2+ years of strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, transaction advisory, private equity, venture capital or FP&A experience • Comfortable operating at the intersection of finance and strategy – able to structure a problem, build the analysis, and communicate the recommendation • High intellectual curiosity; proactively identifies the right questions, not just answers to questions asked • Analytically sharp; capable of navigating ambiguity and energized by owning blank-canvas problems • Excel: Able to build financial models that are clean, dynamic and maintainable by others • PowerPoint: Able to distill complex analyses into clear, concise presentations for executive leadership, the board, and the private equity sponsor
