📋 Description

• Create and maintain automations in GoHighLevel, including workflows, triggers, pipelines, notifications, and integrations • Automate lead capture and qualification processes • Automate customer service and follow-up processes • Automate pipeline and CRM organization • Automate integrations between tools • Support the continuous improvement of existing workflows • Document automations and processes as needed • Work closely with the traffic, sales, and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automation • Previous experience using GoHighLevel (basic to intermediate proficiency is sufficient) • Logical reasoning and process-oriented thinking • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to test, validate, and adjust automations • Experience with other automation tools, such as Make, Zapier, and n8n (a plus) • Experience with webhook integrations (a plus) • Experience with CRM systems, sales funnels, and sales processes (a plus) • Proactive approach, with the ability to suggest improvements and solutions (a plus) • High school diploma
