📋 Description

• Create, optimize, document, and maintain operational processes • Drive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools • Implement, monitor, and improve business process efficiency metrics • Support and improve projects, dashboards, and workflows in Jira • Coordinate operational-efficiency projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation • Build cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery with SLA compliance, clear ownership, and expected outcomes • Manage selected operational budgets and optimize expenses

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a company with 200+ people • Hands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes • Ability to align and coordinate work across different teams and departments • Proven ability to drive change and introduce new ideas without direct authority • Analytical mindset and ability to turn data and operational challenges into practical solutions • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation • Experience building reports and tracking systems • Strong experience working with Jira is a plus
