📋 Description

• Track key payment and product performance metrics daily and investigate deviations and root causes • Analyze conversion drops across payment systems and product flows, route issues to relevant teams, and manage them through resolution • Perform regular reconciliations of balances, settlements, FX, and processor fees • Model, justify, and execute cost-saving strategies for payment operations • Own project timelines, cross-functional alignment, and final deliverables • Resolve operational bottlenecks by negotiating with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and external providers • Identify manual payment-operation workflows and implement automation • Prepare data-driven presentations and one-pagers for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including data modeling, lookup functions, pivot tables, and scenario analysis • Deep understanding of payment processor performance, authorization rates, conversion funnels, settlements, FX, and fee structures in a business context • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI • Practical experience automating routine tasks using SQL, Python, scripts, or low-code/no-code workflow automation tools • Ability to synthesize complex data into concise, structured presentations or one-pagers for stakeholders • Fluent English, written and spoken • Strong accountability and ability to connect operational details to business bottom-line results • Track record of spotting anomalies, calculating financial/operational impact, proposing solutions, and following through to results • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to resolve interdepartmental friction and align cross-functional teams without direct authority • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Clear, precise, and evidence-driven communication style
