• 事業会社での経営企画・事業企画、あるいはコンサルティングファームのいずれかの実務経験（3年以上） • 財務会計の基礎知識とデータに基づく論理的な分析能力・仮説構築力 • ビジネスレベルの英語力（会議での議論・交渉を含む） • 多様な文化背景を持つチームと協働し合意形成を導く高いコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ • リーガルテック領域への強い関心と事業成長を通じた法務業界への貢献意欲 • 法律事務所・事業会社の法務部門またはリーガルテック企業での実務経験（歓迎） • フルリモートまたはグローバル企業での勤務経験（歓迎） • 資金調達やM&A アライアンスに関する企画・実行サポート経験（歓迎）
