• Perform accurate and timely AP data entry into QuickBooks • Conduct customer account analysis, including reviewing balances, invoices, and payment histories • Assist with vendor invoice processing, coding, and matching • Support reconciliation activities as needed • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records • Collaborate with the internal team to resolve discrepancies or data issues • Provide general support for routine accounting tasks and reporting
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) • 1-3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP functions • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Good communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Comfortable working U.S. East Coast aligned hours (12 PM - 8 PM or 1 PM - 9 PM IST)
