📋 Description

• - Analyze data to identify new and existing trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth • - Create and own comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders • - Lead data-driven decision-making across the department by building and managing KPI dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• - 3+ years experience of analyzing data to drive business insights and recommendations • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels • - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent (we use Looker!) • **Nice to Have:** • - Experience in the financial services industry or related field • - Experience presenting insights and analyses to a variety of stakeholders
