📋 Description

• Lead a team of distribution Key Account Managers for the US and Canada • Partner with various teams to ensure positive business results • Identify key growth accounts and customer engagement opportunities • Build deep POS understanding throughout distributor to support forecasting • Accountability for distributor POS, inventory, and Sales-In performance • Develop and execute business plans leveraging unique value propositions • Build strong relationships with distributors, hold regular business reviews • Develop and drive Demand Creation Programs • Coordinate and manage consistent product training programs • Support implementation of new product introductions • Gather market intelligence and develop strategies for growth • Exceed sales budgets and critical business objectives • Mentor, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in relevant field • 5 – 10+ years focused on Distribution Key Account Management and Distribution Sales Management in the Pro AV industry • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team • Ability to establish credibility quickly with key customers • Strong work and business ethics with an entrepreneurial mindset • Proven ability to build internal relationships and influence stakeholders • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams) • Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas • Willing and able to travel 50%-75% of the time • Valid driver’s license • Valid passport
