📋 Description

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure required data, configurations, and technical prerequisites are ready for cutover • Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and identify issues or risks • Communicate cutover plans, timelines, and status updates to stakeholders and project team members • Manage cutover activities during go-live, including data migration, system transitions, issue resolution, and post-go-live support • Identify, propose, and implement measures to reduce downtime and ensure a stable transition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent, or comparable professional experience • Master’s degree/diploma preferred • English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent) • German is a plus • 3+ years of experience in Project Management • Several years of experience in SAP Consulting or SAP industry environments • Experience with data migration and system cutovers • Knowledge of change management principles and best practices • Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence • Interest in digital innovation, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI, Power BI, and Azure DevOps • Basic understanding of or willingness to learn automation and AI-driven tools is a plus • Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams • Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel as required • Structured and documentation-oriented working style
