📋 Description

• Take over tickets escalated from L1 • Analyse, reproduce, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs • Fix Planon configuration issues involving business objects, fields, layouts, workflows, authorisation, and reports • Support Planon mobile apps, including user access, synchronisation errors, device configuration, and app configuration • Handle service requests and minor changes such as field changes, new reports, and workflow adjustments • Analyse data issues with SQL and correct master data where needed • Monitor interfaces and integrations, including REST/web services, file imports, SSO, and the C4A data feed • Escalate product defects to Planon support (L3) with clear reproduction steps and follow up • Support release and upgrade cycles through regression testing and impact checks on custom configuration • Maintain the knowledge base, runbooks, and known-error records • Train and support key users • Contribute to problem management and root-cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Planon experience in support, configuration, or implementation • Experience with several Planon Universe and Facility Services Business Solution modules • Solid understanding of facility management processes, including maintenance (Hard-FM), soft services, space, and contracts • Experience in an AMS or service desk setup with tickets, SLAs, priorities, and ITIL processes • Good SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting • Basic understanding of integrations, including REST/web services, file interfaces, and SSO • Structured problem-solving and clear written ticket documentation • Fluent English (B2+) • German preferred • Planon certification is nice to have • Experience on the service-provider side of facility management is nice to have • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik is nice to have • Experience with other IWMS/CAFM/EAM tools such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM/RE-FX, Archibus, or TRIRIGA is nice to have
