📋 Description

• Drive fit-to-standard analysis, logistics-process harmonization, and alignment with global SAP templates and organizational policies • Support transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA, including data migration, process reengineering, and change management • Work with customer business and project teams from discovery through pilot, rollout, go-live, and stabilization • Guide rollout entities on local tasks including data cleansing, process harmonization, authorization, and training • Support central template design and localization for inbound, outbound, and transportation logistics processes • Apply SAP Activate milestones including Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run • Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships • Set up change management with local organizations for ERP transformation • Provide hypercare support, resolve issues, and recommend continuous improvements after go-live • Drive formal deliverable signoffs aligned with compliance, security, and audit frameworks • Contribute to knowledge transfer, training documentation, and global template evolution • Apply relevant company and interdepartmental procedures • Perform other area-related tasks requested by the direct superior

🎯 Requirements

• English language • Strong consulting and rollout experience, plus user training and support experience, with several years of domain experience • End-to-end implementation experience, including migration and cutover activities • Knowledge of integrated process chains and S/4HANA functional implementation • Strong SAP PP expertise, including MRP, Work Center, Routing, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning • SAP P2S end-to-end process experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA PP knowledge and understanding of integration with MM, SD, QM, and WM/EWM • Proficiency in data migration, master data setup (BOM, routing, production versions), and cutover activities • Experience with SAP PP template rollouts, fit-gap analysis, localization, and customizing • Ability to write or validate functional specifications for WRICEF objects • Familiarity with Solution Manager/Activate methodology, Signavio, Jira, and documentation, testing, and change-management tools • Familiarity with global rollout governance, change control, and regulatory alignment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and rollout/template-localization best practices • Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision • Agile certification or agile-project experience preferred • Readiness to travel internationally within the EU
