📋 Description

• Drive business value of the assigned production planning sub-process according to the overall process strategy • Communicate and continuously implement production planning processes globally • Manage Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout projects, including PP/DS implementation • Align and adapt process changes based on user requirements, norms, standards, and related processes • Support the roadmap for rollout and maturity improvement of the Plan to Produce sub-process • Ensure sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards • Drive digitalization and automation in planning-related processes, including standardized Industry 4.0 solutions • Monitor key performance indicators and manage transformation programs to build or improve processes and capabilities • Train and coach user departments on standard processes • Collaborate internationally through communication, change management, and cross-functional work

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, gained through academic studies and professional experience • Several years of experience in consulting or industry environments, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail • Extensive experience with planning processes through project delivery and/or operational environments • Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence • Passion for digital transformation and AI-enabled supply chains • Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required • Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams • Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, ownership-driven mindset and willingness to learn
