📋 Description

• Coach and advise franchise owners on business operations, growth strategy, and profitability • Analyze financial performance (P&L, EBITDA, KPIs) and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Drive improvements in sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency • Build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority • Lead structured business planning and hold owners accountable to goals • Navigate complex situations, including conflict resolution and performance challenges • Conduct virtual coaching sessions and periodic in-person site visits • Facilitate trainings, workshops, and group sessions • Collaborate with internal teams on broader network initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading teams, multi-unit operations, or business units • Background in franchise operations, consulting, coaching, or multi-location leadership (e.g., retail, restaurant, service industries) • Experience driving results through others (not just individual contribution) • Exposure to KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance management
