📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end DSC operational process • Monitor and improve key DSC performance metrics • Partner closely with creditor and DSC partners • Manage staffing requirements for the DSC segment • Develop, document, and continuously refine DSC-specific playbooks • Build and maintain DSC performance dashboards • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Account Management • Identify automation and technology opportunities in the DSC workflow • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on DSC operations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in collections, debt settlement, or recovery operations • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field • Deep familiarity with the debt settlement ecosystem • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve operational processes • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms) • Experience managing cross-functional relationships • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills
