📋 Description
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of field audit programs • Oversee a team of field auditors evaluating cash controls and inventory management • Conduct risk-based audits and develop Loss Prevention programs • Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership on audit findings • Analyze audit results and deliver regular summaries with recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in loss prevention, internal audit, or compliance roles • Strong knowledge of operational auditing practices and risk management • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills • Professional certifications such as LPC, LPQ, and / or Wicklander preferred • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
