📋 Description
• Create, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for customers and internal teams. • Build and refine customer video templates, working directly with customers when needed to understand requirements and deliver accurate results. • Manage day-to-day tasks through a shared task board and collaborate with Marketing, Training, Support, and Product teams. • Maintain consistent quality and brand alignment across all video outputs, including final QC checks. • Research industry trends and customer feedback to identify ways to improve our video editing service. • Support strategic goals by aligning video projects with broader company initiatives. • Contribute insights and reports when required to support decision-making. • Communicate clearly with managers and teammates around timelines and deliverables. • Take ownership of tasks and follow issues through to resolution. • Comply with BoxBrownie.com policies and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience with video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve • Experience with image editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity is a plus
